Donald (Rummy)Rumsfeld

He actually quotes Capone like it's a good thing.

"'You get a lot more with a kind word and a gun than you do with a kind word alone.' Donald Rumsfeld readily quotes Al Capone to air his views on international diplomacy. Condoleezza(Condy)Rice

George (Dubya) W. Bush

Oompa oompa oompa dee do

"Bush later joined the National Guard but failed to get posted to Vietnam. Armed instead with a Harvard business degree, Junior followed his father into the oil industry. After various job failures he could be found in local bars, complaining, 'I'm all name but no money'."
